Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is a best practice affordable housing organisation which designs and constructs sustainable housing for people in need. Our construction program is expanding significantly across Australia and we are seeking an experienced residential construction supervisor to be based in the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
Reporting to the Project Manager Victoria, you will ensure that all homes under your supervision are constructed to the highest quality standards within the set time frames, budgets and the OH&S management plan.
You will have at least 3 years experience as a Supervisor in the medium density residential construction industry with trade or tertiary qualifications. You will demonstrate initiative and the ability to work without direct day to day supervision whilst still being a valuable part of our dynamic team. Some travel to regional Victoria will be required.

Sharepoint and SQL Developer - VIC

An opportunity has arisen for a Sharepoint and SQL Developer to be located in our Head Office in Box Hill, Victoria. As part of the Corporate Services area, you will be part of a team responsible for the development, deployment and support of all IT business solutions for CHL offices in Australia and Internationally.
You must have a strong understanding of Microsoft software, Sharepoint Administration skills (essential), Sharepoint Development experience (desirable) and a solid understanding of SQL Programming experience.
You must have excellent interpersonal/customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and educate others.

Financial Administration Assistant -NSW

An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administration Assistant to be located in our Port Macquarie office in NSW. As part of Financial Services you will be part of a team assisting with accounts payable/receivable and other financial functions of the company(s).

Tenancy Administration Worker - Homelessness Services - VIC

We are seeking a Tenancy Administration Worker as part of our Transitional Housing Management services assisting homeless people in the Eastern Region from our Box Hill office.
Demonstrated experience in tenancy management of private, public or community housing is essential, along with a good practical knowledge of tenancy legislation. Experience working in the community services field and knowledge of services for people experiencing housing crisis would be an advantage.
