    National community housing provider Community Housing Limited (CHL) has been successful in securing 710 incentives across four states: NSW, South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia in the fourth round of the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). The announcement was made by the Federal Government on October 7, making CHL as one of the largest recipients of NRAS incentives amongst any community housing growth provider in the country.
