CHL LAUNCHES NEW REGIONAL OFFICE IN PORT MACQUARIE

Following its merger with Mid-North Coast Community Housing, Australia’s first national community housing provider Community Housing Limited (CHL) today launched its new regional office in Port Macquarie which will serve as the principal office for the NSW northern region stretching from the Queensland border to the Hunter Valley region of NSW. CHL has four other offices along the mid north coast that includes West Kempsey, Wingham, Coffs Harbour, alongside offices in Wollongong and metropolitan Sydney.

Community Housing Limited has achieved a major milestone in receiving approval to operate as a registered housing growth provider in Western Australia. As one of the powerhouses of the Australian economy, a long term outcome of the state’s economic success has been a chronic shortage of affordable housing in recent years, an issue that CHL is keen to help address.

Community Housing Limited has reached a major milestone by achieving registration as an affordable housing Growth Provider in both Western Australia and South Australia. The new registration consolidates CHL’s national approach to the delivery of Affordable Housing.
