TASMANIAN GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES CHL AS ONE OF TWO AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVIDERS FOR THE STATE
The Tasmanian Government today announced Community Housing Limited (CHL) as one of the two preferred affordable housing providers for Tasmania. CHL will now build and manage affordable housing stock across the State.

CHL abre en Chile su segunda Sede Internacional
CHL ha abierto su segunda sede internacional con el establecimiento de una oficina en Valparaíso, Chile. El desarrollo en Sudamérica intensifica la presencia internacional de CHL que en el 2004 abriera su primera sede en Timor Leste, país al norte de Australia. La organización cuenta con cuatro trabajadores en este nuevo emprendimiento.

Community Housing Limited, the only Australian housing association to operate nationally, was delighted to be judged the winner of two housing design awards in two events: the 2008 HIA CSR Victorian Housing Awards and the Delfin Grand Masters Awards 2008.
