CHL registered as an NGO in Timor Leste in 2004 and has demonstrated itself to be a reliable and capable participant in the effort to rebuild Timor Leste. Its capabilities and services are expanding quickly and will prove to be a positive development for the security, health, and ultimately the wealth of the Timorese people. The organisation currently employs 40 people in its office in Dili, 90% of who are local Timorese.
